Villa Galini at Syvota comprises of two apartments and two studios, and it is placed among 2 acres of lush land. Towering cypresses, oaks and olive trees offer their shade in abundance for the guests to enjoy. The bougainvilleas, jasmines and gardenias fill the garden with their colours and subtle perfumes. A beautiful kiosk with a stone barbeque completes the picture.

The picturesque small port of Syvota is 24 km south of Igoumenitsa (approx. half an hour drive) and 100 km southwest of Ioannina. Just across the sea is Corfu and the island of Paxi. The settlement is engulfed in emerald waters and small, scattered islets full of flora; Agios Nikolaos, Mavro Oros, Big and Small Mourtemeno, Chironisi, they all embrace Syvota, creating an outstanding natural landscape.

Location and Beaches

Villa Galini is only 1500 m away from the heart of Syvota village. A beautiful hidden beach, “Limanaki”, is just a 3-minute walk away and offers unique moments by the sea to its visitors. The area, in general, is full of small, pretty bays and organized or unspoiled beaches where you can relax and enjoy the Greek sun and the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea.
